Kids School Holiday Camps

January 2026 Holiday Camps

at Personal Strength, Gordon

These camps are for kids and teens who like to have fun while they learn valuable life skills.

NINJA CAMP – for 6-12 year olds (self defence and active games)

  • Week 1: Monday 5th Jan – Friday 9th Jan 8:30-12:30
  • Week 2: Monday 12th Jan – Friday 16th Jan 8:30-12:30
  • Week 3: Monday 19th Jan – Friday 23rd Jan 8:30-12:30
  • Pick and choose sessions
  • 4 hours: $70 per day;
  • $175 for 3 days
Sessions proceed with 4 or more participants, and a maximum of 12 participants.  Please email zach @ personalstrength.com.au to check dates and book in!

BOXING/KICKBOXING CAMP – for 10-16 year olds (technique, padwork, bagwork, very active – STRICTLY NO CONTACT between participants!)

  • Week 1: Monday 5th Jan – Friday 9th Jan 12:30-4:30
  • Week 2: Monday 12th Jan – Friday 16th Jan 12:30-4:30
  • Week 3: Monday 19th Jan – Friday 23rd Jan 12:30-4:30
  •  
  • Pick and choose sessions
  • 4 hours: $70 per day;
  • $175 for 3 days

What to wear/bring?

Participants should wear sports clothes or ‘activewear’.  Martial arts uniforms are also fine!
These are energetic camps, so please pack a water bottle, towel, afternoon tea, lunch and extra snacks.

Ewan will see you this afternoon!
He really enjoyed Ninja camp – the instructors were good. He liked the balance between exercises and games.
