These camps are for kids who like to have fun while they work!
NINJA CAMP – for 6-10 year olds (self defence and active games)
BOXING CAMP – for 8-16 year olds (technique, padwork, bagwork, very active – STRICTLY NO CONTACT between participants!)
It’s at Personal Strength, 1/786 Pacific Highway, Gordon.
When? April 2021!
Week 1: Tue 6th, Wed 7th, Thu 8th, Fri 9th
Week 2: Mon 12th, Tue 13th, Wed 14th, Thu 15th, Fri 16th
Ninjas: 8:30am-12:30pm; Kick/Boxing 12:30-4:30pm
Any day proceeds with 4 or more participants, and a limit of 12 participants to allow social distancing. 🙂
He really enjoyed Ninja camp - the instructors were good. He liked the balance between exercises and games.
He also mentioned that he liked how the work outs suited each age group.

What to wear/bring?
Participants should wear sports clothes or ‘activewear’. Martial arts uniforms are also fine!
These are energetic camps, so please pack a water bottle, towel, afternoon tea, lunch and extra snacks. 🙂
