On Ramp / Foundation
our Personal Training On Ramp
All adult clients begin with our on ramp. This is a series of 5 personal training sessions. You will work with your trainer to build general fitness and gain familiarity and confidence with our movements. You will find the greatest success with personal training if your needs or goals include:
- you are new to exercise
- you have generally been sedentary
- extra accountability
- weight loss and improved body composition
- you are referred to us by a physician, physiotherapist or chiropractor
- you have specific performance oriented goals (triathlon, basketball, etc.)
- you have significant health or orthopaedic issues
Your trainer will tailor workouts specifically for your current fitness level and progress you at the proper pace for you. Following your initial 5 sessions you may then choose to continue with 1-on-1 Personal Training or join Small Group Sessions.
*Individuals with significant health or orthopaedic issues will remain private training clients.
