In our Teens Non-Contact Boxing program, things are kept fun and fast! Participants stay motivated and engaged.

Tim Brown, our Boxing instructor, has been training in martial arts since the age of 21 years old, and holds a 5th Dan Black belt grade in Ninjutsu and Jujutsu. Tim has been teaching martial arts, self-defence, and fitness to kids for more than 10 years.
