Regular physical activity helps with sleep, energy, mood, and prepares you to live life to the fullest. For some that means keeping up with the kids or grandkids, for others it means going on surf safaris, ski trips, or hikes. For others it means excelling in team sports, or competitions. Your goals and needs inform your physical fitness programming.

For adults

Adults work through the following sequence to ensure that their goals and needs are met:
  1. FREE introductory session: Assessment and goal setting with a professional who cares.
  2. On Ramp Foundation: 5 personal training sessions to build general fitness, confidence, and familiarity with movements.
  3. Personal Training OR Group Fitness Sessions

For children

FunFit classes are a great combination of fun, fitness and positive habits. Specifically tailored for growing bodies!
