Self Defence and Martial Arts
Regular physical activity helps with sleep, energy, mood, and prepares you to live life to the fullest. For some that means keeping up with the kids or grandkids, for others it means going on surf safaris, ski trips, or hikes. For others it means excelling in team sports, or competitions. Your goals and needs inform your physical fitness programming.
For children and teenagers
Ninja classes for children and teenagers build confidence, motor-skills, concentration, self-control, and important life skills in a fun, exciting, and enriching way. Classes run on a specialised age-specific curriculum:
For women
- Self Defence Workshop for Women (one off): This workshop provides scenario-based mental, verbal, and physical self defence skills for women.
- Self Defence Short-course for Women (4 weeks): Reinforce and practice the skills introduced in the Self-Defence Workshop.
- Self Defence Workshop for Mums and Daughters (one off)
- Self Defence Package (Workshop Series): This series of workshops includes Communicating with Strength, Party-Safe, and Women's Self Defence workshops.
For all adults
- Self Defence for Adults: a class for all adults who want to learn how to confidently defend themselves and others.
- Communicating with Strength (Workshop): essential assertiveness skills for everyday life.
