Self Defence and Martial Arts for all ages
Self defence programs build confidence and teach age-appropriate skills to recognise, avoid, and diffuse potentially violent situations, and teach physical self-defence skills.
For children and teenagers
Ninja classes for children and teenagers build confidence, motor-skills, concentration, self-control, and important life skills in a fun, exciting, and enriching way. Classes run on a specialised age-specific curriculum:
- Self Defence Workshop for Women (one off): This workshop provides scenario-based mental, verbal, and physical self defence skills for women.
- Self Defence Short-course for Women (4 weeks): Reinforce and practice the skills introduced in the Self-Defence Workshop.
- Self Defence Workshop for Mums and Daughters (one off)
